Systems support can take many forms. Whether it be a telephone support to end users, roll out support during implementation or Hardware support backed by a comprehensive maintenance agreement. We will configure a support package to suit your needs. Services can be prepared on a “pay as you go” basis, cost “per machine” or annual “all inclusive” contract. Contracts can cover hardware only, include software and systems re-instatement, preventive maintenance visits and can extend to on site (or remote) daily backup assistance. In addition we can offer comprehensive on site or remote training packages to suit your needs. We can offer advice on the legality of the software you own and how to keep you network legal. |
